Frequently Asked Q & A
Q ~ How far are your lodging facilities from
Williamsburg attractions?
A ~ Patrick Henry Inn is ½ block away from
Colonial Williamsburg’s Historic Area and under 2 miles from
Busch Gardens, located on the same highway. Water Country USA
is about 2 miles from the hotel.
Q ~ Do your properties sell tickets to the area
attractions? If so, do you offer discounts on the tickets?
A ~ We offer attractions tickets as a service to our
guests at the same prices as those offered on site location.
It is more convenient to purchase from the hotel, as our lines
are a lot shorter than those at the attraction site.
Patrick Henry Inn offer
tickets to Colonial Williamsburg, Busch Gardens and Water
Country and Jamestown/Yorktown.
Q ~ How far are you from the Visitor Center?
A ~ Patrick Henry Inn is about 1.5 miles from the Visitor Center.
Q ~ Can I ride the Colonial Williamsburg transit bus
just inside the Colonial Area to the Visitor Center?
A ~ Only if you purchase your ticket from the 2 hotels
that offer the Colonial Williamsburg passes. This will allow
you to catch the CW bus, take it to the Visitor Center and
validate your passes. This way you do not have to drive to the
Visitor Center and worry with trying to find a parking place.
Q ~ Are Busch Gardens and Water Country open all year?
A ~ No. Their parks are operated seasonally. They open
in Spring and close in the Fall. We usually know their
operating schedule by late Winter. If you are visiting the
Williamsburg area just to visit one of these major
attractions, please check the operating schedule.
